My hair is light blonde now, but I want it to be white, you now like grannys have xD. (pardon me)

Well i've bleached it for 4 times but its just really light blonde.

What hair dye should I use?

L'Oreal Platinium (you can only get it in select beauty supply stores) with a 40 volume developer... keep an eye on it, but it'll be white!
