i have naturally dark brown with (natural) lighter and darker brown highlights, about two months ago i got red highlights added to my hair and they oxidized and are now like a bronzish color. oh and i have pale skin (Irish) and really dark eyes.
but now im going to get my hair died again and i was thinking about dying it all black and geyting white highlights
does it sound like this would look good?

If you want to sure. I've seen it done and personally, the contrast is a bit on the tacky side for some people. You may be able to pull it off though.

Black hair might be too dark for your pale Irish skin. It will make your skin look pasty and unhealthy. Maybe if you wear some bronzer, it would look cool.

that sounds scary but try it out! i was afraid of getting highlights a few years ago (i had straight BLACK hair. It was down to my buttocks) but i did and i donated 20" of my non-highlighted hair to the Cancer Society! somebody is walking around, wearing a wig, made out of my hair! yay!!

Dying your hair black with white highlights will probably look nice but it just depends on what kind of highlights you really mean. Big highlights will look ugly though, just to be honest with you. What I would assume is if you dyed your whole entire hair black and then add some white peek-a-boo streaks into your hair, now that will look awesome. Peek-a-boo streaks are streaks that are hidden within your hair and will be seen only in a certain hair style, but of course it will still be seen at all times, it just wouldn't be noticeable. Trust me, that will look sexy and awesome. This kind of dye will look better on choppy haircuts though, but it goes with any haircut styles/length. You can also have your hair all black with a couple of white streaks underneath your hair/under by you neck, this is also very sexy too. Colors that people usually use instead of white is blonde so you can try blonde or just stick with white, it's still good. If you are making peek-a-boo streaks or streaks beneath your hair then don't make the streaks too thin because they will look ugly, make sure that they are around an inch wide because it can be seen and will not look like you just have gray/white hair.
