If your hair is already blonde you don't need bleach but I agree with the others that you need the help of a professional. Redken, Schwarzkopff, Artec and many other lines make a high lift blonde that will control tone and give you the color you want but these products are only available to professionals. Find a stylist who's been doing hair longer than a minute and make sure they do a lot of color. I highly recommend NOT going to someone just out of school. (Sorry pros, but I've been in the business a long time and eexperience tells me this is wise).

Go to a professional hairdresser, one that you trust, and see what they can do. Bleaching is probably the best way, as that will take out any of the blond colour. But you need to have it done right, bleach can destroy your hair.

Trust me - I bleached my own hair myself and turned it into straw - it took 2 years to grow all the dead stuff out. But I have my roots done now by a professional, and my hair is almost white blond and in great condition - I started out as a brunette, so if I can do it, so can you.

OH YAY!!!

OK for that awesome Christian A. or Gwen S. look:

You will need to have your hair bleached as light as it will go..

Since it is blonde already you won't have too many steps... then you will need to have it "toned"... Toning is kinda like dyeing your hair... its for adding the opposite color of your hair to neutralize it ... making it appear brighter...

for example... you bleach your hair and its bright yellow blonde... you will need to tone it with either blue or violet toner to make it appear neutral... hence bright white blonde...

does that make sense....?? kinda hard to explain on e-mail....

in any case you must go to a hair dresser ...especially your first few times to get a feel for how the process is done. Bleaching that bright is very touchy and you can ruin your hair if you don't know what you are doing... literally cooking it into goo that breaks off... I would suggest combing salons for a hairdresser who has that hair color...

good luck! hope this helps!

Eeeh. I smell fire. I highly suggest you see a professional and not consider doing it yourself. Asking an open question like that when no one has any idea of what condition your hair is to start with. You see here, no one can see and feel your hair, ask you a few important a questions that a colorist would ask to determine what direction to go with you and if you truly are safely a candidate for white. My friend white is not something to experiment with. Call around and ask for some color specialist in your area, set up consultations and then step back and decide which route and what you would like to do.
