If you have a set in grease stain, just spray the stain with WD-40 and let it sit about 20 minutes. Then, rub a dollop of liquid dish detergent (Dawn is a good one) onto the WD-40 stain and rub in well. Rinse and smear on a bit more dish detergent and then wash as usual in warm water.

Borax should work. Wash your hair and bathe every day.

We use Era liquid and cold water. Be sure to read the directions on the container, it does not take much.

You can pour a small amount on the soiled area. I like to use a spray bottle that you can buy at the grocery store, WalMart, $1 Stores, or etc. Just pour Era into the bottle and then spray onto the soiled area. Then put into the wash.

You need to wash bed clothing once per week. Most women do the wash every Monday.
