Why do some people think that white folks hair is good?

Their hair is too thin and stringy, unlike blacks, Latinos, and any other race that isn't white. Our hair is thick, some are wavy, and some curly, but all(or most) are thick. My classmate back in high school(who was white) said she wished she had hair like Native Americans. I don't know why some people say white peoples hair are good.

If you're white and your hair isn't stringy thin and straight, you more than likely have another race in you family tree and that trait came out in you.

My ex-classmates mother is also a beautician she does mostly white folks hair. She says the same thing.

i think they just say that because it is naturally blonde. My sisters are half Mexican half white and they came out with the stringy thin hair too. It gets everywhere. Native American and Asian hair is the best

I have Native American hair, and if you cut it short, it does what some have termed the Asian Fro (it's the exact same type Asian people have, after all), but I'll refer to it as the SkinFro. It stands straight out from your head in all directions until you wet it or put gel on it. When it gets long, all of that stops and you really don't have to do a thing to it.

I couldn't ever find a yonega (white) hairdresser to do mine properly here in CT, but thankfully I found a WONDERFUL Puerto Rican (she's Taina) hairdresser who gets it.

More diversity: our hair can be straight, wavy or curly. It can be blonde, brown, red, black.

We can actually handle our hair in the morning.

We don't need to braid it to keep it down.

I'm white and my hair is very thick and has a wave to it, probably because my ancestors are American Indian %26amp; French. I can wear it curly or blow dry it straight. I also have a olive skin tone.

My mans cousins have extremely nice black hair, their creole. My friend who passed away had extremely course hair and she couldn't stand it. She couldn't do anything w/ her hair. She kept pressing %26amp; perming it until it was all broken up and short. She'd just pull it back into a short pony tail.

So you are saying the dark blond with a slight wave came from the 'Native' line...despite it being few enough generations away to have little affect on my physical being, and most 'Native' folks would probably agree that it's from the white part of me...yeah...whatever you say... my hair is very very soft i guess it's the european standard of beauty that make many blacks not like themselves it's not just hair it's also body shape and features like lips and hips and stuff like that there was this white lady on one of those home shopping networks who said that blacks were lucky because our hair is so versatile(sp?) it's true because we can wear our hair in any style my favorite is braids cuz they're so easy to maintain but now i'm rocking that "needs attention now!" style(hair is very messed up lol)

well then i must have me some mixed blood cause honey my hair is so thick i have to let it air dry for at least a half hour every morning before i hit it with the dryer otherwise i'd be there forever trying to get all this thick hair to dry. you shouldn't generalize like that, it isn't true at all.

I'm from Africa in a country called Lesotho check your map you'll see it.Here we have Afro soft like hair,if you do not apply anything the hair becomes hard and carly,it is because our weather conditions are very dry.

If you visit African countries you'll find many people on dread locks because we've got hair that is good for making dread locks.
