I feel that maybe you are too stress and maybe did not have sufficient sleep. Worst of all, maybe you also did not having proper meal. That maybe the reasons why your hair is turning white at such a young age.

u r lack of protein.ur diet does not provide u enough protein bcoz of some reason as if u are a vegetarian or etc.i suggest u to consume 2grams of protein per kg. of ur weight daily.so if ur weight is 70kg. u should consume 140 gms. of protein daily.in two months ur problem will be solved.
